Founder and Managing Partner’s Message

The founder and director of the office, Adv. Said bin Nasser bin Said
Al-Shibli, born in (1978 AD) in the Sultanate of Oman, a practicing
lawyer accredited by the Ministry of Justice to appear and plead
before the Supreme court and the courts of appeal, first instance and
administrative judiciary of all degrees, holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Law from the University of Applied Sciences in the Kingdom of Jordan
Hashemite and graduated from the university in 2007. Adv Said has
extensive experience in the field of writing notes and expressing legal
opinions, as he previously worked for more than 20 years in the Omani
courts in the position of Secretary in the Criminal and Commercial
Court of Appeal, Head of the Sessions Department in the Muscat
Court of Appeal and Coordinator in the Office of the Head of the
General Administration of Courts and holds experience certificates
in this field. Adv Saeed is also considered an accredited arbitrator in
commercial and administrative cases in the courts of the Sultanate
and attended several arbitration cases in his capacity as an accredited
arbitrator and he has distinguished experience in arbitration cases.
